Pre & Post Workout and On-The-Go Healthy Eating Tips in Greater Nashville
Pre – workout fuel!
Pre-workout fuel gives you quick accessible energy to boost you through a cardio or high intensity workout at Title Boxing Club. The goal is to get good, high quality fuel without being weighed down with heavy or greasy foods. We recommend a light fruit and veggie filled smoothie or juice to which you can add healthy fats like coconut milk and peanut butter!
Juice Bar has a location in Brentwood TN as well as others that are in development. Whether you are looking for a detox or a pre workout boost, Juice Bar has you covered with a variety of smoothies, fresh juices, essential oil shots and snacks! Don't forget their fall soups too... coming soon! Here are our recommendations:
Ginger Greens (juice) – ginger, apple, kale, spinach, cucumber, parsley
Cocoa Banana (smoothie) – cocoa powder, peanut butter, banana, spinach, coconut milk
Post workout, you will need a little more substance, as you have just burned off the immediately accessible fuel in your body leaving you in need of a replenishing meal.
Wholy Crepe is a gem in Cool Springs. We know that Cool Springs is coming around, but it is definitely not the mecca of healthy food options. Because of this, we are so grateful for Wholy Crepe! Recommendations:
Mexo Crepo – Spicy southwest seasoned chicken served with black beans, montery pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, and spinach- all topped with a Mornay sauce.
- ask for no cheese and substitute the Mornay sauce with salsa and avocado!
Sunny Bella (V) – baby bella mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, fresh spinach and feta!
Gluten free and vegan options!
Now known by most of the general public, high gluten foods cause inflammation which can lead to pain and prevent you from being active. As you can see, this can lead to a terrible cycle of sedentary and painful lifestyle. We recommend sticking to a low gluten or gluten free diet whenever possible, but that doesn't mean you have to give up your pizza!
Everyone knows them for their awesome pizza but they have other menu items to offer including their large Greek and Caesar salads. They also give you the option to build your own with many items to choose from.

Whew, that is a challenge. We know that this can be hard and the first thing to go off the list is eating healthy when you are in a bind or time crunch. With greater Nashville and Franklin incorporating more and more healthy options into the food scene, it is getting more possible to grab and go and stick to your healthy goals. Do not sacrifice quality!
Fit Food Revolution
Each meal is planned to have the proper balance of carbs, fat and protein. Prices range from about $6-$12 per entree and after trying several selections, I can vouch that they keep you quite full for hours afterward. You simply heat up each container for about 90 seconds in the microwave and voila: dinner is served! Of all their meals, 92% are gluten-free. I’ve been told that as long as it’s not in a tortilla, it’s gluten-free. So, if it says pasta, it’s gluten-free pasta.

Power Hour Fitness Classes
We’ve created explosive, total body group workouts that combine cardio and toning exercise with boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts training. We call these custom fitness classes Power Hours, because they’re designed to help you burn a jaw-dropping 1,000 calories in just one hour of exercise.
How hard you push yourself in our Power Hour fitness classes is completely up to you — you can ease into exercise and gradually build your endurance and intensity as time goes on. TITLE’s fitness classes are a judgment-free zone! You also don’t need to worry about injury at a TITLE Power Hour — our boxing and kickboxing fitness classes are completely hit-free.
You can choose from two types of Power Hour fitness classes at your local TITLE Boxing Club: boxing or kickboxing.
Boxing Fitness Classes
In our boxing Power Hour, you’ll follow along with your trainer to learn boxing techniques and leverage your body weight as resistance to strengthen your entire body. Your trainer will teach you how to wrap your hands and work the punching bag.
These fitness classes aren’t all boxing, though — with cardio and toning exercises worked in, you’ll burn more calories and see results throughout your body. Build muscle and endurance, gain confidence, and lose weight with TITLE’s boxing fitness classes!
Kickboxing Fitness Classes
Want to target your arms, legs, and core, toning and tightening each region? With every kick, jab, and punch in our kickboxing fitness classes, you’ll see and feel the difference. Personal Club Memberships
Personal gym memberships provide access to all scheduled boxing and kickboxing classes, including the exercise equipment at your local TITLE Boxing Club during normal business hours. Members can join as many scheduled Power Hour boxing and kickboxing workouts as they’d like. Plus, a member can contract with a TITLE Boxing Club boxing or kickboxing trainer for hour or half hour personal training sessions for an additional fee.
