Details

Earlier experience: In my college years, I was a restaurant manager/intern for four years serving over 1,500 people per day. I am experienced in many aspects of restaurant operations. I also have experience as a short order cook in a few chain restaurants as well as experience in the beverage business.

For seven years I supplied my farm raised salmon to some of the finer restaurants in Nashville. I live on a property with seven large springs, the quality of the spring water is unsurpassed thereby creating an ideal environment to raise Coho and Scandinavian King Salmon. I was responsible for hatching the salmon eggs onsite in my own hatchery, I raised and fed the fish quality foods and processed and delivered them to the restaurants.

Throughout his 40 years of experience in organic gardening, Jeff has come to specialize in an easy, useful and peaceful method of four-season harvests. During that time, Jeff has also developed a well-rounded view and practice of preserving the garden harvest without cooking or freezing. A live raw foodist for eight years, Jeff has gained knowledge by studying many of the published leaders who also practice this way of life.

Jeff heads his own farm based business, Chi of Me located in middle Tennessee. Coming from a family with a long tradition in gardening, Jeff is passionate about having a positive impact on Mother Earth. With his in-depth knowledge of the environment and his long standing experience in organic gardening, Jeff has studied and practiced many proven gardening techniques such as: raised bed, French intensive, biodynamic, and bio-intensive. Consulting services offered are transitioning to a sustainable live raw foods lifestyle, a weekly live raw food personal catered program, gardening consultant (home), kitchen design for living raw foods set up (home), air and water quality specialist (home).

Jeff provides the foundation for increased innovation in organic gardening and live raw food preparation techniques. Jeff is also a live raw personal chef to a growing number of like-minded people.

Here's is Jeff's current menu: Mustard seed salad dressing, KimChi, Saurkraut, Dehydrated crackers (rye, onion or zesty pizza), Pickles, Rawmus (rawmus is made of sprouted sunflower seeds), Nut Burgers - two 1/4 lb. burgers (main ingredient is walnuts; the crackers are also made with sprouted seed), Cinnamon spice cake (with coconut icing), Brownie (Carob) cake (with coconut icing).
