Curves is a weight-loss facility specially designed for women featuring Curves Complete, the only program that includes exercise, meals plans, and coaching--all in ONE place. - Our members are beautiful women full of life and are just fun to be around for the brief time we see them every day.

Favorite things about working here:

- The members, of course – I learn something new every day from our members. I especially like the fact that we can interact with women of all ages, all races, from all walks of life. We are all equal here.

- Training our members gives me a great deal of satisfaction, especially when I can show them how much more they are capable of doing.

Goals:

- Share my training in nutrition and eating habits with members.

- Serve as example for women my age that it’s never too late to start a strength training workout program.

- Work on convincing our younger members the importance of starting an exercise program and eating healthy, then sticking with it FOR LIFE.
